Slapped with a summons from DBKL

Well, picture explains how sad I am.
I parked my car at the area around the Kl Monorail and the Titiwangsa Star LRT station. The paid parking area was closed that day (the day I attended Youth 2009). So, I parked my car just in front of the closed parking area. The space was ample and do not block traffic. The only thing that it is parked on the yellow line. For those who know that area, I left with no choice because there isn't any other parking area. 'You think I want ar?'
The offence that I had made To be exact is ignoring the no parking sign And the DBKL is so 'generous' to 'OFFER' me a compound of only RM 100. To pay the summone, you left with no choice to go to the DBKl headquarters and its branches which is not so accessible.
Conclusion: Never think that the traffic officers work only half day on Saturday. They are brilliant enough to know what is the best time to come. And at KL city area, never park your car on yellow line even though there is no parking elsewhere. The DBKL rule is 'itu masalah kamu' [dat's your problem]. * I am running a fund raising campaign to pay the summons. To donate money to me, please contact me.

try for a plea. Students usually get half price at least. Well, u know, that area was around UKM Health campus where we students got the same problem too, esp when they raised the summonsed from Rm30 to Rm100. So the pleas charge also increase from Rm10 to RM50. Lol!!

Luckily I'm already out of that place now! :P

nowa days the DBKL traffic more active than the real traffic police but they can be calm down only for RM 10.
IF THEY DONT TAKE RM 10 NEGOTIATE 11-12-13-14 OR 15 NOT MORE THAT THAT.

this experience i got while i rent a outlet on Majid India Lorong near KAMDAR. the one officer named xxxxxx
came and said this area is not for business. so i ask what to do?
then he said you have only one choice to pay us 50RM per month.
guys RM 50 is nothing but you can imagine how they brave to ask for money. so i refuse and told them ok i will not rent this place. But now i saw there is one PAKISTANI guy doing business may be he have some good relation with DBKL. );
